Yes. Our algae are grown in triple-filtered spring water and are non-GMO. We are the only algae company that conducts third-party lab testing in the USA for purity, ensuring our products are free from heavy metals, pesticides, and toxins.

What is the difference between ENERGYbits and RECOVERYbits?

ENERGYbits is 100% spirulina, which provides sustainable energy and mental focus. RECOVERYbits is 100% chlorella, which helps with detoxification, immune health, and muscle recovery.

You do not need to be a full-time creator. Trainers, nurses, dietitians, chefs, athletes, and working parents have all made excellent ambassadors for us.

Is there a minimum or maximum follower count?

Neither. We work with micro creators through macro creators, and your retainer band reflects your reach and what you take on. What matters more is engagement, how you talk to camera, and whether your audience trusts what you recommend.

How is my retainer decided?

Retainers run from $250 to $1,000 a month. The band is set by your audience size and engagement, the quality of the content you send in, and how much you take on each month. We discuss it on the call and it can be revisited at renewal.

How does the TikTok Shop commission work?

You earn a flat 25% on every sale you drive through TikTok Shop, which is our highest rate anywhere. It is separate from the 15% to 25% you earn on your discount code, and it stacks on top of your retainer.

Do I get my own landing page?

Not at the moment. You get a unique discount code that tracks every order back to you, plus your TikTok Shop link. A creator landing page is something we may add later.

Do I have to be in Miami?

Anywhere in Florida works. Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, the Keys. Events are held around the state and we share the calendar well ahead of time.

What exactly am I promoting?

Two gumibits products. The chlorella sleep and recovery gummy launches first, and the spirulina energy and focus gummy follows about two weeks later. Both are zero sugar, pectin based with no gelatin, and 75 gummies per jar.

Who owns the videos I send in?

We license your submitted UGC to use and edit across our channels and in paid advertising. The posts on your own channels stay yours, and we may boost or repost them with credit. All of this is spelled out in the agreement before you sign.

Is there an exclusivity requirement?

Only within our category. During your term you agree not to promote competing algae, greens, or functional gummy supplement brands. Everything outside that is completely open.

What if I miss a week?

Tell us early and we will work with you. Repeated missed weeks without notice will result in a prorated retainer. The program only works if the weekly rhythm holds.

How long is the commitment?

Six months, September 2026 through February 2027, with the option to renew. Either side can end it with 30 days written notice.
